It’s true what they say about exercise and endorphins…they make you feel good!
The kiddos of my family and I went out on the parcours trail the other day. Brought them down for a last-hurrah-sleepover type of thing. Here we are after finishing:

Also! Happy to report another loss for my weigh-in Wednesday! Since last week, I’ve dropped 1.2lbs. My current weight is 186.6lbs, and my total weight loss amounts to 58.4lbs. Honestly, I haven’t been exercising as much…but I’ve been trying to keep an eye on what I eat. I really [REALLY] need to get back to running. The half-marathon is only a little over 2 weeks away!! Craziness, I tell you.
And the big focus of this week?
Who knew one person could have so much stuff?
Trying to take this opportunity to simplify my belongings as well…but we’ll see how that goes.
